Accepted to the Mass Craft Market – June 14

I was just accepted to the Mass Craft Market June 14, 11-6 at the Pozen Center, MassArt. It will be like visiting an old friend after spending so many freaking years (undergrad and grad) wandering those halls. I will be sharing a table with the grey blanket which should be entertaining. Now, to work on my displays. I think I have way too much black going on (as shown here) and need to brighten it up a bit! I also need to figure 1/2 the space. Less is more, right? I hate booth display. It stresses me out.

New Blog Launch!

So, I’m finally putting this out there to the world. I launched another blog called, myboyfrienddatedachef.com. It was initially created because the boy’s ex was a chef. He made reference to this very very few times…like twice, if that. Anyway, being a girl, it stuck. Since my cooking skills were limited to the basic boring recipes involving chicken, steak and pasta, I figured I needed to step up my game. The other reason is to document my favorite recipes and the little tips and tricks that I learn along the way so I don’t forget them!

Over the past year and a half, I have found, developed and adapted some great recipes. Myboyfrienddatedachef.com is a combination of those I have tried and will try. Some will be shortcuts. Yes, I think shortcuts are allowed. Some dishes I can make in less than 10 minutes doctoring up a jar of sauce with some store bought ravies and they are so good. Others can take anywhere from 2-3 hours to prepare. I’ll share them all. Take what you want, leave what you don’t. Happy cooking!
